Gift cards can be redeemed online and have no expiration date.

One important change: I would remove “designed and handmade in London” now that you've moved the business to Norway, unless you specifically want to describe older stock that genuinely was made in London. You don't want the gift-card page creating a claim that becomes inaccurate as you make new pieces.
